4LM Climb St Paul’s Cathedral - our mother church

Published

As part of our study of the Easter Story in R.E, Year 4 are visiting St Paul's Cathedral this week to learn about how the events of Holy Week are represented in the Cathedral.

On Monday 4LM visited the cathedral.  We enjoyed a workshop led by the cathedral staff before we climbed the 528 steps to the very top of the dome. We stood outside on the Golden Gallery above the dome, 285 feet above the ground and marvelled at the breathtaking views over London!

Have a look at the photos in the Gallery to see the view for yourself.

4SZ and 4LO are looking forward to their trips on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
