End of Term Updates

Published

Dear Parents,

There will be an end-of-term mass on Thursday on the Grove Site and all parents are welcome to attend.

The years 3-6 Prize Day (including sports' day medals) and Final Celebration Mass for Year 6 will take place in church on Friday morning at 9am.  Do come along and support us at this very moving service.

Pupil report cards will be sent home this week (most likely tomorrow).  As always, if you wish to speak to a teacher about the report, please do email them directly and arrange to meet.

Our end-of-year 6 academic results have been returned and we are thrilled to have maintained and enhanced the high standards reached last year.  In fact, we now have 25% of pupils achieving a Level 6 in maths when the national average is around 3% - well done all!  A full breakdown of academic achievement and the performance of groups (such as those who are eligible for the pupil premium) will appear on the website over the summer.

The building works continue at a great pace and we look forward to moving into the new Broadway building in January.  Works are currently on track and Keepmoat have produced a newsletter which we shall post on the website.  The new fencing between the church and school will be installed this week - as always, thank you for your flexibility.

Year 6 perform their end-of-year production of Oliver at Questors Theatre - and they are having a ball!

We wish you all a very happy last week of term.

Mr Prentice
