Peeking Periscopes

Published

In science lessons this week Year 6 used their knowledge of how light bounces off mirrors to construct simple periscopes.

Using old juice cartons, sticky tape and two mirrors the pupils were able to build a periscope that enabled them to peep round corners and peek over desks, seeing what otherwise would have been hidden.

To see more pictures of them at work do go to our gallery.

Thank you to everyone who drank large quantities of juice to make this science project possible!
