Saving Humpty Dumpty

Published

In Year 1 the children have been looking at different types of materials and identifying what properties they have. Once they found that there were many different properties an object can have, they wrote them down in a list using bullet points.

Finally, they were given the job of making Humpty Dumpty a safe box. This was to help him stay safe and avoid cracking. After a few attempts the children discovered that they needed to use soft and flexible materials instead of hard and rigid ones to keep Humpty in one piece.

Excellent work Year 1.
