Year 5 are busy bees
This morning, children in Year 5 had a wonderful time at Walpole Park, learning about the importance of bees and why they play a vital role in sustaining our ecosystem. They were able to look into the fascinating oberservation bee hive as well as watch the bees in their natural environment. One of the highlights of the visit was the chance to taste Walpole's own honey made by the bees they obesrved in the hive.
