Pupil Wellbeing this term is focused on the NHS 5 steps to wellbeing which are:
– Take notice
– Be active
– Give to others
– Keep learning
These are the five simple steps to help maintain and improve your wellbeing. Try to build these into your daily life as much as you can – think of them as your ‘five a day’ for wellbeing.
Each week we will be posting a video created by the school Wellbeing Team with helpful tips on how to bring these 5 steps into your life and to reflect on how these activities can make you feel.
