17 Jan Dr Bike Coming Soon!
As part of the school’s commitment to promote active and healthy travel to school, we are offering free bike health checks at the Broadway site on Thursday 30th January.
Qualified Dr Bike mechanics will be available on site and will have capacity to check approximately 30 children’s bikes during the school day. These places will be offered on a first come first serve basis on the day.
If you would like your child’s bike to be checked and worked on, our School Travel Explorers will greet you at the gate when you arrive at school on the 30th to take your bike and book your slot. The mechanics will check that the bike is safe to ride and carry out minor repairs.
Your child will be able to collect their bike from the Dr Bike mechanics at the end of the school day.
We hope this provision will support our school community to be safe as they travel to and from school on their bikes!
