06 Jun May DT Challenge
For our May DT Challenge this half term the pupils were asked to use their design and construction skills. Our theme was King Charles’s coronation and the children were encouraged to construct carriages, thrones or palaces – pupils used a range of materials of their choice, including papier mache, cardboard, clay, wood and even cake! The range and variety of designs was impressive and the results did not disappoint.
The children produced some fantastic items, which were then brought into school and put on display so that both parents and pupils could enjoy and celebrate all the wonderful DT work.
