Basketball Borough Champions!

Having previously won at the local mixed basketball tournament in March, the Year 6 basketball team went to Greenford High on Monday to compete in the Ealing Borough finals. The format was the same, with 3 players on a half court for ten minute matches.

The competition was tough as every team present had won a tournament to reach this stage. As such, each game was very tight, but CtS managed to win all three matches with brilliant contributions defiensively and all 6 players managed to score points for the team as well.

As a result of winning the Borough finals, CtS have now been invited to take part in the London Youth Games finals on 12th June, which is set to be a hugely exciting event!
