A huge thank you to our PTA for generously providing 900 keyrings for our road safety focus week. The bright, reflective keyrings are a simple but brilliant way to make our pupils more visible as they travel to and from school in the darker autumn and winter months.
As the daylight hours grow shorter it is increasingly difficuly for drivers to see pedestrians and cyclists on the streets – a reflective keyring on a bag or coat can make a real difference and help keep our children safer as they cross busy roads and walk to school.
Thank you to our Travel Ambassadors who helped sort the key rings and who took them round to all the classrooms so that everyone could receive them by the end of our ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’ day!
