Christmas Lunch

The school was abounding in festive cheer today as everyone came to school wearing their Christmas jumpers and accessories and we all enjoyed a delicious Christmas Lunch together.

Our catering team did an amazing job of cooking Christmas dinner for over 900 children and staff, complete with turkey, roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings, pigs in blanket, carrots, brussel sprouts and lots of gravy! The selection of desserts was wonderful and included a choice from chocolate brownie, mince pies, Christmas pudding, jelly and fresh fruit, with plenty of ice cream to go around too.

Lunchtime was made extra special with the decorated tables, Christmas crackers and festive music. Our Year 6 prefects did a great job helping out with laying the tables and clearing up afterwards. A huge thank you to everyone who made it such a special day!
