At Christ the Saviour, our aim is to provide a safe learning environment, recognising and developing the unique gifts each child has to offer. We seek to develop a school environment where there are clear boundaries; consistency and encouragement are used to build individuals up in a culture of openness, safety and trust.

In line with our school vision, we aim to be an inclusive organisation celebrating diversity and difference in all its forms.

The Pupil Premium is allocated to children from low-income families who are currently known to be eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) and to children who have been under the care of the local authority.

Inclusion is at the heart of what we do as a school. We are proud of the provision we have made for a wide number of pupils with additional needs and we believe it is for this reason parents choose our school for their child. The PE and Sports Premium is extra funding provided by the government so that schools can make additional and sustainable improvements to the quality of the PE, physical activity and sport offered through their core budgets.

Through our curriculum we teach children to stay safe and happy. We encourage the understanding that any problem or worry that they have is legitimate and pupils are taught about how to share concerns and worries with trusted adults. Regular opportunities for safeguarding curriculum reviews and pupil voice surveys take place.
