The values and ethos of our school are central to our complaints resolution procedures. We are committed to ensuring the highest levels of communication and partnership with our parents through our staffing structure, pastoral support and regular opportunities for face-to-face communication.

From time to time, parents and others connected with the school will become aware of matters which cause them concern.  To encourage resolution of such situations, the governing body has adopted a complaints procedure.  We encourage parents to contact the school by email or telephone to raise concerns before reverting to using the formal complaints procedure.  The complaints policy for parents can be found below.
