Year 3 Egyptian Day

Last week Year 3 had an Ancient Egyptian Day to celebrate and explore all their learning from this term’s history unit. Year 3 came in dressed in their own Egyptian costumes which were all very creative. As part of the day, the children created portraits of their own pharaoh; made their own amulets; wrote about the greatest achievements of the Ancient Egyptians; completed Ancient Egyptian Maths and also explored songs and dances linked to the topic.
