Tag Rugby Festival

On Friday a group of Year 4 pupils travelled down to Cardinal Wiseman High School to take part in a Tag Rugby Festival along with five other primary schools from across the borough. The morning’s activities consisted of a carousel of seven activities that aimed to develop the skills needed to play tag rugby, the stations included a variety of throwing, kicking and tagging skills.

The aim of the morning was to have fun and develop the school games value of self belief whilst working well together as a team. Overall, the CtS team impressed so much at each of the stations that the Cardinal Wiseman and Willow Tree organisers rewarded them with the Spirit of the Games trophy at the end of the festival.
