Super Skipping

The children were very excited to receive their latest delivery of playground equipment: two very, very long skipping ropes. They have been trying out some new games and rhymes to play together with the ropes. At lunch time we have been learning to skip with individiual ropes, both forwards and backwards and in pairs too. Skipping is proving the perfect way to keep warm in the playground in the cold weather this week.
