Great Girls’ Football!

We were delighted to take a team of Year 3 and 4 girls to the Ealing Borough Football Finals at Featherstone High School last Friday.

Having done brilliantly to achieve qualification for his event by wining the tournament in January, the girls were competing in a group of four schools, all with excellent players, in a 7-aside-format.

The girls managed to win one, draw one and lose one in the three group matches they played, finishing in an extremely credible second place. It was a fantastic opportunity for the team to play against good opposition in a secondary school setting – and a great achievement to come second in the borough. Well done girls!
