It’s Annie!

The Year 6 pupils have just started rehearsals for this year’s summer production – Annie! They are having a lot of fun learning iconic songs such as: ‘Tomorrow’ and ‘It’s a hard knock life.’ Set during the Great Depression in 1933, the show tells the story of Annie, an orphan from New York City who is taken in by America’s richest billionaire, Mr Warbucks. The pupils have been inspired and cheered by the tale of the plucky, positive character of Annie and have brought all their energy and enthusiasm to the rehearsal room each day.

The production will take place in the last week of term (Monday 14th – Thursday 17th July) and the exact date for each class show will be announced after the half term break. We look forward to welcoming you to the exciting productions!
