Brilliant Basketball

On Thursday CtS competed in the Ealing Borough basketball competition. Six children from Year 6 were chosen to compete; they travelled to Cardinal Wiseman school in Greenford for the indoor tournament.

There were ten schools competing which meant the CtS children played nine matches, each lasting 8 minutes. The format was 3 vs 3 on a half court, so the games were action packed!

The girls and boys did incredibly well to win seven of the nine matches, scoring a fantastic 43 baskets along the way. There was some excellent shooting and good defending too.

Congratulations to all involved who won silver medals for their tremendous efforts!
