Year 5 Still Life

This term Year 5 have been learning about ‘Still Life’ drawing. Inspired by the work of the French artist Paul Cezanne, pupils created their own still life pictures using charcoal and chalk. Pupils were encouraged to think carefully about composition, proportion, light and shadow as they created their art. Do enjoy some of the fantastic results shown in the gallery below.
