02 Oct Ten Pin Bowling Success
A small team of CtS children represented the school at an interschool Ten Pin Bowling competition on Tuesday this week. It was a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills and do some practical maths as everyone worked out how getting a spare or a strike could improve the number of points you could score. The celebrations at getting a strike were exuberant!
At the end of the competition the CtS team had the 4th highest combined score and one of our students received a certificate for “joining the 100 club” because their individual score was above 100. This student also got a special mention and a gold medal for achieving the highest in score in the entire competition!
We are so proud of you all for braving the rain to make it there and back and for representing our school so well.
