Trying Tri Golf

Last Friday, ten children from Year 3 travelled to Brent Valley Golf Club to participate in a Tri-Golf Festival. It was a wonderful opportunity to try a new sport.

The weather was perfect, there were many schools present and the children set about a series of different golfing challenges with great gusto! Some activities involved chipping the golf ball a good distance, whilst others needed a lighter touch with the putter.

The school games value for the day, respect, was shown by all the children, and they had a wonderful time trying something new. Well done to all!
