A Massive Thank you from Macmillan Cancer Support

Thank you to all of our school community who supported our day of Macmillan events on Friday 29 September. Thank you to everyone who wore a T-shirt, gave a gold coin, entered the art competition, baked a cake or bought some cake. All of this contributed to a grand total of £2756.82 being raised, this will be well over £3,000 once Gift Aid is added. Thank you to all our sponsors especially Artisan who provided all the coffee.

All of this money will help Macmillan provide specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. Macmillan also looks at the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have, and campaigns for better cancer care.
