Exciting New Books for School!

Across the whole school, there has been an influx of new reading books as we revamp and renew our library areas and home readers. Our wonderful PTA kindly gave us some money to add new books to every year group from Early Years to Year 6!

Thanks to their help, over 600 new books are now in circulation across the Grove and Broadway sites! Our wish as a school is that all children will be able to recognise themselves, their interests, global issues and read widely thanks to these lovely new books.

This week, our Year 1 and 2 children at the Grove have been exploring some of their new books, before they are added to the class libraries. The children were so enthused and excited to show off our new books to our school community and they hope you enjoy seeing their photos.

As these books become part of our class libraries at the Grove, you should start to see some new home readers too! We hope you will enjoy exploring these and reading them with your children as much as we do.
