Christingle Fair

Last Friday afternoon the school was awash with Christmas cheer as the Broadway Site hosted our annual Christingle Fair. It was wonderful to see the school decorated so beautifully and to see the excited children enjoying the games and crafts, the house captain stalls, the bouncy castle and of course visits to Santa’s Grotto.

There was lots of delicious food on offer from cookies, and mince pies to hot dogs, hot chocolate and mulled wine. Our after school dance club performed for us in the hall and then our KS2 choirs led everyone in singing Christmas carols.

A huge thank you to our PTA and everyone who volunteered to make the fair possible, and to everyone who came. A special thank you also goes to Rak, Adam and Michal, our site team, who worked tirelessly to set up the fair and then to take it all down in the rain after everyone was gone! We are so thankful the weather held off until right at the end and we look forward to hearing how much money the PTA raised.
