Scooter Safety in Nursery

What fun Nursery had in their scooter training last week!

On Wednesday, all the Nursery children had the opportunity to learn how to ride scooters safely in a session run by Team Rubicon and organised through the school’s commitment to active travel with TFL Travel for Life. The children learned how to stop using their brakes when they saw a road and how to steer and turn to avoid other scooters, as well as some cool tricks.

The children did a fantastic job of being safe and being active learners – we were very proud of how well the children listened to the instructor and how they were all so adventurous in trying new things!
